Chocolates!

June 15, 2007

Finally! I’m done!  This is what has been keeping me busy this week:

chocolatey goodness!

chocolate souvenir

inside the refrigerator

for the ninangs and ninongs

I’ve been making chocolates since college.  I usually sell them to friends or just give them as gifts during Christmas.  Anyway, since I’m gonna be a ninang to my bestfriends’ son, I volunteered to make his chocolate souvenirs for the baptism.

Interested to order? I can customize the packaging depending on the event.  I have a number of chocolate molds you can choose from as well.  You have an option of having rice crisipies, marshmallows or chocolate fudge as fillings.  These are great for souvenirs, gifts, and of course, even for personal consumption. hehehe! Feel free to email me if you’re interested to order :) (jenbaradas@yahoo.com) So for your next event, why not consider giving out some chocolate souvenirs!  I’d gladly help you with it.

My wife used to make chocolates too. She’d lost her interest and stopped.

Posted by tom at June 16, 2007, 6:46 pm

Wow. I want! How do you make them though? You melt chocolate bars and mix in fillings then place ‘em in a mold?

I love your packaging too. :D

I’ve added you to my links. :)

hi! i had choc fondue for dessert when i invited my friends over last weekend. can you recommend a cheaper alternative to the expensive belgian chocolate i used? appreciate your reply…:)

Posted by atch at February 26, 2008, 2:09 pm

Hi, atch! You could try out the chocolate blocks at Chocolate Lovers. They have a branch near Rotonda and another one in P. Tuazon. You won’t miss those places since they’re shaped as castles. Prices would depend if you want super premium, premium, semi-sweet, bittersweet, dark, and even white chocolate.

By the way, where do you buy your belgian chocolates?

Posted by jengkiejourneys at February 26, 2008, 2:38 pm
