paypal here in the Philippines does not permit incoming money to your account. i use my uncle’s account instead and he just sends me my earnings.

a US bank account which is linked to a US paypal account …sa paypal kasi pinapadala. Ung country of origination dpat kse nung paypal account dpat from countries which can receive money - like US, Australia, Canada, etc.

Jen, actually, PayPal Philippines is now as functional as in the US. Di nga lang nakaka withdraw to bank account, but it can withdraw to UnionBank EON or any other VISA/Mastercard Debit or Credit Card, even an ATM with a VISA/Mastercard logo..
