Me and my hubby went to Bo's coffeeshop to try their desserts. We decided to try out their blueberry cheesecake (Php125.00) and Lemon Square (php45).

Their cheesecake tasted alright…not too thick and overpowering. But then again my tastebuds are still craving for some Uno cheesecake! *sigh*

I'm quite fond of Lemon Squares but this one is a bit too lemon-y for me. I remember making one of these which turned out to be a disaster. I mistook the confectioner's sugar as flour! No wonder it didn't really quite hold up after baking. Oh well. I hope I could perfect this recipe as well.

The store has their share of other cakes and pastries just like any other coffeeshop. Too bad it was so hot that day and we didn't feel like trying out their coffee.
